KULFI





INGREDIENTS:


  • Milk
  • Almonds
  • Pista
  • Sugar
  • Milk Maid
  • Saffron


METHOD:


  1. Heat the pan and add high fat milk and make it boil.
  2. Add sugar , milk maid ,  almonds and pista.
  3. Boil it until it turn into thick consistency.
  4. Add saffron.
  5. Add the milk in the kulfi mould and freeze it for 8 to 12 hours.


Try this recipe and beat the heat with this kulfi.
