INGREDIENTS:
- Milk
- Almonds
- Pista
- Sugar
- Milk Maid
- Saffron
METHOD:
- Heat the pan and add high fat milk and make it boil.
- Add sugar , milk maid , almonds and pista.
- Boil it until it turn into thick consistency.
- Add saffron.
- Add the milk in the kulfi mould and freeze it for 8 to 12 hours.
