MAGGI WITH HOMEMADE EGG CURRY MASALA

Hi friends!!😃😃
Everyone knows cooking or not! but everyone feeling happy to eat maggi and eggs. Many Foodies love to eat Maggi or pasta or noodles.Using these combination(Maggi or noodles with eggs) we've prepared a wonderful and delicious recepi. yeah!!!i love it toooo....😂😂
This is my new try....I just inspired on my mom's egg masala ❤❤and i love it and now for a twist i make it as a base for the masala.
Let we see...how to make that delicious and simple HOMEMADE masala✌.






Ingredient:
FOR  MASALA:
    

  •       Tomato-250 g
  •       Onion(shallots)-100 g
  •       Ginger-2 pieces 
  •       Coconut-1 cup
  •       Chilli powder-1 teaspoon
  •       Turmeric powder-1/2 teaspoon
  •       Onion-100 g
  •       Oil
  •       Salt
                                                                                                 

                                                                                                
FOR MAGGI:

  •   Maggi-2 cups
  •   Maggi powder-1 pocket
  •   Egg masala
  •   Onion finely chopped
  •   White egg-4
  •    Oil

     
PROCEDURE:
     

 Masala:

      1.Grind the Tomato,onion,ginger,coconut.
      2.Now heat little oil in a pan.
      3.Add chopped onion saute till it turn golden brown.
      4.Now add masala paste,chilli powder,turmeric powder and add some water leave for some min.
      5.Add some required amount of salt and saute it for a min till raw smell leaves from the mixture.

Maggi:

      1.Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan,add chopped onions and saute it.
      2.Add the egg white and scrambled it.
      3.Now add our masala and Maggie powder and add some water mix it well till it turn into gravy.
      4.Add salt if it required(already have some salt in masala)
      5.Add the Maggi or noodles(boiled).
      6.Cook it for 2 min and serve with yolk omelet or boiled egg and sauce.

hints:

 Rinse the maggi or noodles well in the cold water to prevent it being sticky.
